Admin Executive
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 5 to 7 years of working experience is an added advantage.
- Skills: Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM , Canva & Social Media will be an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attributes: Eager to learn, punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in an environment with animals.
Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage filing systems (digital and physical), data entry, and providing administrative support to Hospital Secretary
- Procurement: Monitor and order office supplies, pantry items, and general hospital non-medical consumables.
- License & Road Tax: Assist in monitoring the expiry dates of company vehicles’ road tax, insurance, and business licenses for renewal.
- Facility Support: Coordinate with the maintenance team and external vendors for office equipment repairs (printers, phones, etc.).
- Communication: Answer general office phone calls, redirect inquiries to the correct department , and handle courier arrangements.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing hospital events, visiting specialist schedules, or MEDTec Academy events.
- ISO Management & Audits : To support Hospital Secretary
- To support activities of Maintenance, Housekeeping and Concierge services.
