Building Maintenance Executive
- Min of 10 years relevant working experience required
- Degree/ Diploma is Electrical/Building Maintenance or similar fields of study
- Sound knowledge of safety and health, OSHA
- Have a working knowledge of the Hospital's equipment and machines
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of electric lick to edit text rpentry, etc
- Ability to manage contractors, supplier and to maintain good record of repairs, to tender repairs and to QC on the work done by contractors
- Good budget and project management skills
- Must have good command of Malay and English Language
- Able to work shifts and must have valid driving license and can be on 24hours call
