Qualification

• Possess at least a SPM/”O” Level's
• Min 5 year(s) driving experience in transportation or e-hailing services
• Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) , GDL may be required depending on vehicle type.
• Must be medically fit (good vision and good health) with the ability to carry large pet carriers up to 30kg+ (if required)
  
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Sound administrative and dispatch skills
• Pet Owner or loves pets with a basic understanding of pet body language
• Ability to utilise WhatsApp, Google location and other technologies to support work activities
• Ability to work flexible hoursincluding early mornings or weekends if required.

Job Scope

• Ability to maintain and drive company vehicles (cars , vans and 4WD's) safely and legally.
• Ability to manage & complete job schedules assigned by the hospital secretary.
• Safe Transit: Operate the vehicle in a smooth, cautious manner to prevent motion sickness or injury to the animals.
• Animal Handling: Safely load and unload pets (dogs, cats, and occasionally small animals). This includes using ramps for senior dogs or managing aggressive/anxious pets.
• Health & Hygiene: Sanitize the vehicle’s transport area and crates between every trip using pet-safe disinfectants .
• Client Communication: Provide "ETA" updates to owners and, in some cases, act as a chaperone inside the vet clinic or airport (waiting with the pet during an appointment).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle’s air conditioning is always in peak condition & vehicle is services on time
• Provide professional customer service during the collection or delivery of pets to their homes.
• Ability to carry out dispatch and other tasks assigned by the hospital secretary.
