Digital & Ecom Marketing Executive
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or IT.
- 2-5 years experience in e-commerce platforms ( Lazada, Shopee, Tik tok) & managing social media (Facebook, Instagram & Tik tok)
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, etc
- Proficient in the use of Zoom & other video conferencing platforms & LMS (Learning Portals) to support educational projects.
- Able to learn and use WMS and CRM platforms efficiently.
- Excellent writing , communication & interpersonal skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin (an added advantage).
- Ability to multi task with strong time management skills.
Job Scope
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, developing and executing brand promotional and new roll out strategies for specific product categories on the e-commerce & social media platforms.
- Ability to manage & update product listings on shopping cart platforms such as Lazada, Shopee & TikTok as well as the marketing budgets.
- Ability to research, design & create content for websites, LMS platforms, social media marketing & promotional materials including brochures & videos within brand guidelines.
- Ability to copy write articles, promotional scripts and ads reflecting key messages, features and benefits to roll out promotions or social media content or LMS content.
- Ability research, create and roll out videos or photographs of products, activities to showcase our brand or services.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads), including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics (e.g., engagement, sales, market share, etc).
- Ability to work with marketing team on daily tasks.
- Ability to work with digital agencies, and advertising agencies.
