Trade & Brand Marketing Executive 

Qualifications 

  • Degree in Marketing/Business.
  • 2-5 years experience in trade marketing or sales support, preferably FMCG.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with a customer service attitude.
  • Excellent writing , communication & interpersonal skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin (an added advantage).
  • must possess transport and valid driving license
  • Ability to multi task with strong time management skills.

Job Scope 

  • Brand Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand plans and strategies for specific product categories or campaigns.
  • Channel Specific Marketing: Develop and implement trade marketing programs and promotions tailored for specific sales channels (e.g., hypermarkets, pet specialty stores, veterinary clinics), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct basic market research, gather consumer insights, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Product Management Support: Assist in new product launches, packaging development, and managing product life cycles.
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) Materials: Develop, procure, and manage the distribution of POS materials (display units, shelf talkers, posters) to support product visibility and promotions in-store.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on brand performance metrics (e.g., sales, market share, brand awareness) 
  • Trade Show/Event Support: Organize and execute participation in trade shows, retailer events, and in-store activations.
  • Event Management: Support the planning and execution of PR events, product launches, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. 
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing and tracking brand marketing expenses against the budget.
