Sales Administration

  • Min 5 years with client servicing , order processing & shipping  working experience preferred
  • Degree/diploma in Secretarial/Business Studies or equivalent (will be an added advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication (writing & verbal) skills in in both Bahasa Melayu and English (Other languages are an added advantage)
  • Excellent grasp of SQL Accounting , Ms Office, Outlook,  Canva ability to manage the corporate Social Media & CRM platforms.  
  • Excellent in managing our B2B or B2C clients in reviewing ageing, providing quotations & invoices and coordinating delivery with logistics 
  • Experience in coordinating  in house events as well as supporting outdoor events .
  • The ability to prepare sales and inventory reports, manage all filings relevent to the Sales Department
