Senior Secretarial & Communications Executive
Requirements
- A minimum of a Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in the FMCG , Veterinary supplies industry or similar industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM Bitrix24 and Social Media including Linked-in
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand nonverbal cues and practice active listening.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities.
Must maintain strict confidentiality and possess high levels of honesty and trustworthiness. - Experience in managing sales team & monitoring performance
- Experience in running a foundation and coordinating activities .
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage complex calendars, domestic/international travel, and executive correspondence.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for the MD’s office, ensuring professional stakeholder
- management.
- Represent the MD/Chairman at external meetings and events when required.
- Handle company secretarial and compliance matters (licensing, registrations).
HR, People & Office Operations
- Support Group HR with payroll reporting (OT, leave, KPIs) and employee documentation.
- Oversee facility management, vendor coordination, and office procurement.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards in compliance with OSHA.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and manage asset distribution for the Pets Corner team.
- Administer and optimize the Bitrix24 CRM system for sales and marketing efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end internal sales operations: order processing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
- Optimize sales pipelines and provide system training to internal teams.
- Track sales KPIs and analyze performance gaps to drive growth.
- Managing group foundation MNAWF and its activities
- Working with Marketing Department in scheduling programs , events , CSR activities
- Liaise with various government agencies
