Qualifications

• Minimum with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse/Inventory Management or any discipline
• Valid Good Driving License (GDL) to drive any commercial registered vehicle
  
• Valid Forklift Driving License will be an advantage
  
• At least 3-5 years working experience in Warehousing, inventory, distribution/logistics operations
• Excellent time management skills and communication skills required
• Committed, mature and able to work independently.
  
• Computer skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  
• Experience in ERP , CRM , Pos Laju & other online portals  and Warehouse procedures would be added advantage
  

Job Scope 

• Supervise a team of Warehouse Assistants. Implement and enforce proper stock management (FIFO/LIFO) and inventory accuracy (cycle counting).
• Oversee the safe loading/unloading of containers and lorries.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety (OSH) standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly warehouse activity reports. 
• Involved in training of new joiners to the warehouse and to review overall staff performance with HR team. 
• Manage fleet maintenance, ensuring all vehicles are legally roadworthy (road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM) and serviced on schedule.
• Handle immediate transport issues (breakdowns, delays, accidents).  
• Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse and vehicles & equipment's. 
• Plan and supervise events and outdoor activities when the team support all marketing projects of the company 
• Monitor security services 
• Monitor pest control services and other contracted services
